Mr. Connelly dedicates his practice to serving governmental entities in Illinois. He serves as the Village Attorney for many towns including the Village of Oak Lawn and the Village of Tinley Park. Mr. Connelly also represents park districts, school districts, and other special districts throughout the state of Illinois. Mr. Connelly provides daily advice and guidance on a host of issues for our governmental clients including counseling on land use issues, TIF issues, taxation, FOIA, and OMA. Mr. Connelly is also an experienced Public Finance attorney serving as issuer’s and disclosure counsel on a number of complex governmental debt offerings.
